Windows XP help - can't access protected folder

What do you guys use for your PC backup software?
For the individual files/folders, try SyncToy - free download from Microsoft. It lets you set up relationships between drives/folders using a variety of rules (e.g. Copy new files left to right only, copy newer files each direction, etc.) For OS backups I'm pretty happy with Drive SnapShot... -

Do you have/can you borrow a laptop for some troubleshooting? If so, could you drag all the gear out next to the antenna and hook up everything with test cables? Might be faster/cheaper than running new ones if you're not sure that's the problem. If it doesn't work any better there, that... -
