    sleeve to run 2XAW18650's in a 2C MAG61

In fact I just went and tested it. No the 5761 will not run with the protected 18650. You will need the IMR's.

    sleeve to run 2XAW18650's in a 2C MAG61

I don't think the protected 18650's will run a 5761. I believe with that much draw the protection will kick in. They will run a 1111 fine.

    sleeve to run 2XAW18650's in a 2C MAG61

Run time.... Math based, not real world test time. I think the 5761 draws 5500mA at the tail cap....So using DM51's formula... mAh of the battery / mA draw of the bulb x60 to get mins. /80% (usable battery life to prevent over discharge) IMR26500 = 20mins IMR18650 = 13mins

    sleeve to run 2XAW18650's in a 2C MAG61

LOL Mines not all that fancy, but come on man cardboard??:nana: Go spend $1 at home depot! I use this set up on my LED 2C because it will last a whole shift without having to change batteries. But on incans I use the plastic because of the short runtime and having to swap batteries alot.

Tube Specs. OD 1.025 inch (26mm) ID 0.75 inch (19mm) Length can not get it with my mics in one measure. It is just a tic under 4 inches so 100mm would be perfect. This fits the tube perfect, it also has a O ring notch about 0.5 inch from the end to make it friction fit the tube at the rear...

Ok now I understand what all the incan fuss is about.

The 6000 lumen is a big plus in the incan vs led war. However the heat..... Its cool a first, then you set your shorts on fire when out walking the dog and hop around like an idiot for all the neighbors to see....:nana: I cant even begin to imagine what 6k is like. I'm quite happy with my...

Want incan m*g ideas advice thanks

2x18650 you'll be fine with a 1111, or even 5761 on fresh batteries from the charger (8.4v) they will sag rather quickly down to 7.2 or 7.4V under the 3.6A draw of the bulb. When you step up to the multi AA and the 3x rechargeable lith ion voltage is when things get interesting and start...

    Mod options for Mag 2C?

In my mag with a 1111 2x18650 AW protected it draws 3680mA so call it 28 mins of run time. Might draw more or less mA with the IMR's (I am waiting on mine to arrive) As far as lumen, yes you charge the batteries to 4.2V ea so 8.4, but under the 3.5A draw they will sag down to 7.4 or 7.2 I...

    Re-assessing my hotwire options - 1111/1185/5761

Thats a solorforce head. Its the one that comes with the stupid 3" long stainless strike bezel. But it is glass and comes also with a normal sized strike bezel as seen in the picture. So makes it perfect for the 6p hotwire. I really like the finning that they have around the head is why I...

    Re-assessing my hotwire options - 1111/1185/5761

Opps hit post before typing the rest of my reply! I have a 2c mag (running 2x 18650's) with a 5761 and absolutely love it. Its quickly becoming my favorite light. Its brighter then my 2c mag with a p7 in it on 2x18650's. I do like my FM drop in for the 6p's with a 1111 in it, I just got...
