    Fenix P1 or L2T?

Hi Knight of Myth. If you want a very bright light that is small, I would get a P1D-CE. If you want a fairly bright light with long runtime and the ability to use your AA rechargeables, I would get the Fenix L2T. I have the Fenix L2T, and it is the light I go to if I need light for an...

New Fenix Digital Series! P1D and P1D CE with Cree XR-E !! Part 2

What is the discount and how do you obtain it? I ordered mine from the Fenix Store, but I didn't know about a discount--next time, maybe. By the way, I'm order no. 6500 for the P1D-CE black, and my order shipped today. Looks as though I'll have my Christmas present a few days early. Now I just...

    JetBeam Jet I MKII and Li-Ion 14500s

OK, so I really like the Jet I MKII I bought, but I wanted it to be brighter. Seeing that others had used rechargeable Li-Ion 14500s, I decided to give it a try. All I can say is WOW. Anyone have the JetBeam Jet-I Mark-II…

Hi Lightmania. How did the Jet-I using the 14500 compare with running just an alkaline or NiMH AA? Was it noticeably brighter? Thanks, Greg

Anyone have the JetBeam Jet-I Mark-II…

What about using the standard single AA tube but putting in a rechargeable 14500 Li-ion? You would have a brighter light and retain the clickie. I just received my JetBeam-I MKII yesterday, and I think I'm going to give that a try.

    Newbie saying Hello

Welcome Republiman. I'm new here, too; however, I am already drooling over several lights I've read about on CPF. The one I want the most can be found here: http://www.photonsintl.com/ Endeavor currently is making a run of titanium CR2 Ions with the Cree XR-E LED. You can read more about it in...

    Received First Surefire

OK, so I received my first "high-end" flashlight last night, the Surefire L7. Very nice light, but I had to charge the batteries and didn't get a chance to use it last night. I have it with me at work today, but I can't wait until tonight so that I can try it out in the dark. Thanks to all of...
