Laser mW Lottery like Luxeon lottery?
When a laser is classified as <5mw, what power is it at exactly? Is it like a luxeon lottery where if you're lucky, you get a whitest tint, or in this case closest to 5mw. Or is there a more exact classification of power? Like 1mw, 3mw and 5mw. Say i just wana have a green laser pointer but...- vaism
