    That does have me a bit stumped as any single li-ion should be ok. Perhaps the LE was still really hot if you quickly changed the cells you were testing?

    Re: Aleph Light Engine Build Hi John 2x123 is over voltage. I think you were just driving the LED way to hard. I believe the NG just went into DD at that point as it's only set up for a single cell.

    Traditionally an Aleph strength has been not needing to balance output and run time as much because of the two stage resistored tail switches.
