Need help picking a new AAA keylight

Although it has three modes and starts low, I would recommend you take a look at the IlluminaTi. It has been my EDC for nearly a year, has taken much abuse, but still looks and works like brand new. At 115 (emitter) lumens, it is plenty bright for a pocket torch. Good hunting!

Fellow friends - please recommend - MONSTER floody light for RVing

DHart, I would also recommend that you consider the Fenix TK-35. The beam is an excellent balance of flood and throw, as described by Selfbuilt in his superb review: http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/showthread.php?312880 Cheers,

    Can't choose a good LED

There are, literally, dozens and dozens of LED flashlights that meet the criteria you've given. In order to narrow the field a bit, please tell us: 1. What kind of batteries you prefer (AA, 123, etc.) 2. How big do you want your torch to be. And :welcome:

    Your Recommendation

I definitely concur with those above who recommend that you begin by deciding which batteries you wish to use, and how many. Once you tell us that, and approximately how much output (in lumens) and how much runtime will be required to meet your needs, we can then give you some specific answers...

    Choosing a light for travelling

Firstly, :welcome: After several iterations, I now carry two flashlights on trips. The first is my little ITP Eos A3, which I carry in my pocket 24/7. In my briefcase goes my Quark AA. I run it primarily on 14500 rechargables, which makes its max output 200+ lumens OTF. I carry a 4-pack...

recommendation for $25 LED flashlight gift?

At a family party just this past weekend, several of the females at this party happened to notice as I was showing off my new ITP EOS A3 to the one other flashaholic (male) in this rather extended family. The ladies went nuts over this little powerhouse! I gave them my GoingGear discount code...

Please recommend a highly rugged 18650 light under $100.

Perhaps it would be helpful in recommending a replacement if we knew what you found unsatisfactory with the TK11.
