    ...i got about 30 mins on P90 and 15-16 min on P91 with 4.2v fully charged batteries. that's really impressive. the light become really hot after testing again, handle them carefully, keep the discharging current under 2C (capacity * 2, 1.3A in this case) if you don't want to "over drive" it.

    actually the charger won't charge to 4.2v by default. normally the charging voltage is only 4.0v so the battery voltage is only abt 3.9v. however it's very easy to adjust the output voltage of charger, change the output to 4.2-4.3v will give the 650mah R-123s full power. will post a new thread...
