    Alright, I see. Darn, I love the Dereelight body, but am really caught on throw... Could the difference in throw be quantified perhaps? Effective range or beamshots of the two at a distance (across a field or street)? Anyway, thanks for the excellent shots :)

    Perfect! Just what I was looking for since I'm deciding between the two lights... From the shots, I gather that the M1 has more throw? EDIT: For those last two shots, should the caption be Cree not SSC??

Why use the SSC p4 over the Cree XR-E? The XR-E appears much Brighter.... By any chance do you think you could post beamshots...
