    the cool white wouldn't bother me I actually prefer cool white over neutral white or warm white or the newest craze of sub 3000k rosy tints which I don't like or understand. Can't even fathom how people are now buying 1800k lights...Both my E02III and E03III both have 6500k tints. Not sure...

    Is it possible your E02 is the original version? In the thread I posted the link to shows an older and newer E02II and both have the II marking on the light.

Seems the first version had less of a delay starting to moon mode (0.4 seconds) than the second E02II (0.7 seconds) and the E02III 1.0 seconds) that I have. Also the first E02II version has a lower moon mode on 10440 than the second...

    I just read a Manker thread on Reddit today and just learned the older E02II had an engineering mode That had 20 something moon modes to pick from and for some reason they got rid of for the E02III version I have.

    I'm definitely a sub lumen junky. I rarely use over 10-20 lumens and wish there were more sub lumen lights in every battery format, be it AAA or AA, 14500, 18650, 21700 etc.
