    I must ask. How many lights do you guys have that you need to keep a spreadsheet for it all? :eek: It seems just a wee bit excessive to me. I only have around 20-30 lights but it's not like it's hard to remember if a light uses 123s or AAAs. As for price... well I don't WANT to know the total :P

    When these things get out into the real world it might make a weee bit more sense for smaller lights to have actual airflow for cooling. But I think the general consensus is that unless you have a big honking light with massive heat generation the smaller lights need the space for batteries...

    Best clicky switch ?

    On the lights I currently have ranging from high end to low strangely enough I think the switch on the Q3's have the best feel. Problem is they're reverse clickies but the feel of them still is the best to me. After that I'd go with HDS EDC and after that L4.

    Agreed. I love my L4 as well but throw is something it just doesn't have, it is a floodlight. But for close to mediumish distance it's great. I use it primarily indoors where you don't even have to aim it where you want light, just point it in the general direction of whatever you want to see...

    I just keep a coin cell in there. It's stuck to a neodymium magnet which in turn in stuck under the mirror. That's plenty of light in such a small space. But I might be a bit weird in that I rarely turn on the lights/use a flashlight in the dark. I don't know about you guys but I think I know...
