How do you put the SC51 to the headband?
Sorry I didn't make it clear: there is a silicone holder in the SC51 package. It is slightly larger than the H501 holder, but I still have difficulties to make SC51 into it, mainly because the clip and the bigger head. -

I had this problem with H501 before. Try cleaning the battery contacts at each end. This could solve the problem temporally for me. You can request a replacement if the problem persists. DON'T send the light to their Shanghai office directly, but send it to their Texas office even it may take... -
