Brightest 5mm @ .5 watt 80 degrees
Driven at max, they do need some sinking, but at 50-75ma they are just warm to touch and still with an enormous output. My only complaint is that the warm white is easily 6500k which is totally wrong IMHO. I told LED-TECH about this, but they said they were correctly binned. Thanks for the...- Richard21

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post, but Ive just taken delivery of some 5 mm .5 watt LEDs from http://www.led-tech.de/ . They are very powerful leds considering they are 5mm non SMDs. Rated as below. Also available in white. I've not seen these kind of specs elsewhere, but let me know...- Richard21
