led driver for 20v to 33v

I am thinking of adding this to a power wheelchair. Does anyone know of an led driver which can operate in this voltage range? The power wheelchair uses 2 sealed deep cycle lead acid batteries in series.

    single "D" or "C" led?

Re: single \"D\" or \"C\" led? I had a need for something similar. See my post here. It should run an hour a night for over a year before getting dim, I have already accidentally left it on all night by accident with no noticeable difference...

    $1.99 3led 4cell Pr bulb with pics!

Re: $1.99 3led 4cell Pr bulb! OK, I just compared it to the arc AAA and it blows it away. They must be overdriving the LED, but who cares, at 1.39 a bulb, if the bulb halves in brightness at the same time the batteries do (5 years) then tape an extra one inside and replace it when you replace...

    $1.99 3led 4cell Pr bulb with pics!

Re: $1.99 3led 4cell Pr bulb! I got 2 of each, and while is dubious if the multi LED lights are any brighter than the 1 LED bulbs, (I can't test side by side. ) The one LED is very nice in a dimmer than Arc AAA way. I am using the bulb in a rayovac lantern battery. My initial problem was...

    $1.99 3led 4cell Pr bulb with pics!

Re: $1.99 3led 4cell Pr bulb! It seems like a nice complement to the rayovac lanterns which cost less than their batteries on the assumption that eventually you will buy another. This way it should last nearly forever on it's original battery.

    Glovebox LED light

I would also add a CMG infinity. Not the ultra. This would be for a passenger map light, the map light provided in most cars is in an inconvenient place for driving at night. It also as a side effect. Since it is so dim, it will run for a very long time. Standard alkalines, will last 3-5...

ARC AAA lookalike with 3 LEDs

Take the easy way out, sell the head, and let all of us with arc AAA heads replace them when we want more brightness. You will then lower the cost of the unit, and still have a large market of Arc AAA owners. If you want to, at a later time, you can make your own battery tubes.

    LED floodlight for home/office fixtures

If you have the available voltage and current, but are looking for an efficient light, use florescent, they are much more efficient than the best LED, however they are not focusable. On that front, LEDs do much better. LEDs also do specific colors much nicer.

Whats the smallest 123 pack that fits a PR-T.

it is a 2x123 light, but you should look at the Elektrolumens 3 watt LED / 2 x 123 light, it is direct drive, and the way that lithiums drop voltage, it has about the same discharge curve as a current regulated circuit. http://elektrolumens.com/XM2/XM2.html 1 hour runtime at 72 lumens.

    New item: Arc4 Forensics Kit

I just use a florescent black light for this. It plugs into the wall, or can use a 12 volt power supply and costs $20 at the local head shop. My girlfriend has a repetitive cat pee situation though, and I am interested in the glasses.

    567 Lumen LED array

Actually 39 elements for $160 is about $4 each. If you are looking for total led light output this is interesting. I remember when they first introduced the product, they are supposed to have a much better thermal interface to the LED. The equivalent of Silicon on Copper instead of Silicon on...

    2 cr123 with 1 watt or 3 watt, cheap

Main reason is pure simplicity of construction and robustness. I am going to stop by the hard ware store today and see if I can construct what I want out of copper plumbing parts. The idea here is to make a very cheap flash light. What I mean by very cheap, is a flashlight which may be...

    2 cr123 with 1 watt or 3 watt, cheap

Does anyone know of any cheap luxeon lights which take a 1 watt or 3 watt luxeon and a pair of cr123s. I have couple dozen batteries, and since I got the new elektrolumens light, I am trying to find a use for them. I am mostly looking for a resistored light, small and easy to carry. Probably...
