WTB: Surefire z54 matte black e series twisty tailcap

Lol, not yet I don’t. I wouldn’t mind finding it as a whole e2e light either though.

WTB: Surefire z54 matte black e series twisty tailcap

Yep...so funny since gunmetal grey e series lights are pretty rare also lol It is a big surprise! :ROFLMAO: Jokes aside, the Z52 form factor has always been my favorite. In this scenario, I just want it since it is so difficult to get, if it is even possible! I would greatly appreciate...

WTB: Surefire z54 matte black e series twisty tailcap

@michaex, I can't really tell from the picture. This one is tricky! I have my reservations since I don't believe SF ever released a matte Z54 packaged individually...

MagLite vs The World - Round 1

My old man, when he was in the Navy, told me once that Maglite 3D and 4Ds were by far the MPs and LEO's favorite carry because they served as a light AND a baton. The way you held the light allowed them to shine and immediately strike as necessary, lol. With series of small and powerful...

Could you compare a SureFire E-series bodies, Lumens Factory E2 Classic Gen 1, and Weltool BB3 body+TC59 tailcap?

I know nothing about Weltool. Didn't even know they made SF compatible parts :D Pretty cool that they have e-head C/P-tail. Regardless, unless the Surefire E series is bored to accept 18350, you're going to feel much more robustness in Surefire body, unbored, than other bodies, simply because...

    Sold/Expired WTB any E1 body

LF has the gen 1 bodies (no clip) that accept 18350 now...but I guess you are looking for the clipped version. Lol, it's been a while. Glad you are still enjoying it!

    Sold/Expired WTB any E1 body

It may have something to do with the length of the battery. RCR's are a bit longer than cr123, I believe. Because the E1's don't typical have a head-end spring there is a potential for crushing the battery. Given that new LF bodies are designed to accept larger batteries (18350), it should...

    Sold/Expired WTB any E1 body

LF body will work with RCR123 but you will need to make a sleeve with a card board or paper to stop the rattle. Otherwise, finding only the knurled E1e body will be a challenge unless you buy it as a whole light...like here

    Surefire 6P/G2X compatibility??

Got it. That rivet holds the switch in place. I wasn't paying too much into what you are going for in regards to the light 'setup.' Are you open to changing the 6p switch innards with a clicky? Lumens factory makes nice clicky replacement. If you want to keep the existing switch plunger...

    Surefire 6P/G2X compatibility??

A quick question, do you have a pic of the 6p switch? If I understand you correctly, if the 6p switch 'fell' out when the tail cap was removed? It was either broken, wrongly installed, or entirely a different switch I'm envisioning. It almost sounds like the it was the early z14 made for 6R...
