Tell Us What Do You Use Your HeadLamp For?

Just used my Armytek Wizard Pro Warm to check the air in my car tires and fill them up the other night.

Tell Us What Do You Use Your HeadLamp For?

Now that I have a house I've been using my Armytek Wizard Pro Warm for all sorts of stuff. I've installed deck lighting, installed backup sump pumps, vacuumed, cleaned out the attic, picked up leaves, painted, and done all sorts of other things with the light. :) It's definitely my favorite way...

    Armytek Wizard Pro v3 headlamp/right angle review (18650, XHP50)

Glad it worked out for you. Thanks for sharing. Thankfully I'm happy with my old Wizard Pro Warm but if I wanted a new headlamp I'm honestly not sure which brand I would go for at this point. Eh I'd probably give them another shot because I love mine so much but it is a shame you had to use the...

Headlamps are a great idea in theory but never worked for me

I'm in the group that doesn't EDC a headlamp. But when I really need to get something done with my hands, nothing beats a headlamp. I do sometimes get a bit of a headache wearing one though so that is very annoying. I get one from wearing hats and bike helmets too though unfortunately.

Why I switched from Flashlights to a Headlamp (Update: 05-NOV-17)

Re: Why I switched from Flashlights to a Headlamp Headlamps are so useful. Probably my most useful type of light in general for what I use them for. Handhelds are smaller to carry around but it sure was nice to have my headlamp in a backpack when we got a flat tire a couple weeks back.

    Armytek Wizard Pro v3 headlamp/right angle review (18650, XHP50)

Awesome review! Cool to see what has been going on with the newer Wizards. I have one of the old Wizard Pro Warm headlamps and am still completely satisfied with it. :)

Recommendations for a headlamp for jungle hike under $100?

Ah yeah, it might be a good idea to get a nicer 18650 then and a charger. Doesn't have to be fancy but there are plenty of recommendations on this site that would work well. Could get an 18650 from Mtn Electronics and a Nitecore F1 charger for example for about $20.

Recommendations for a headlamp for jungle hike under $100?

Just want to add that you might want to let us know what the 18650 and charger are that you have. There are some really dodgy batteries out there that aren't all that safe to use and a good one can be bought for $10 or less these days I think.

Recommendations for a headlamp for jungle hike under $100?

Looks like the 600w is in stock on Amazon if you're in the US. But I'm not sure where you're from. This is another vote for Armytek or Zebralight. I love me Armytek Wizard Pro Warm. However I have heard of some people buying Armytek headlamps that end up not working properly. So if you get...

Armytek wizard new snap in clip.

My clip arrived today and seems very nice so far. It will be a while before I can do it justice though and see how it holds up over time.

Armytek wizard new snap in clip.

Ok you guys have convinced me. I bought two of these clips, one for me and one for my dad. I think it will be super handy when camping. Really looking forward to checking it out.

Armytek wizard new snap in clip.

This is great. I might have to upgrade mine if it's easy to do so. I never take mine out of the rubber mount because I thought I almost created a crack in mine. It's held up great since then but it would be cool to be able to take it out easily when camping.

Headlamp suitable for grass cutting with zero-turn mower

Another popular brand to check out is Armytek. But there are many other good options as well. I use my Wizard Pro (also the warm edition as mentioned above) and am super happy with its reliability, output, and user interface, etc.

Floody headlamp with warm color temp?

Interesting. Yeah might be worth another look. Wish I had some known tints to compare with to help out as well.

Olight H05 Active Headlamp. Field Use Review.

I agree on all points about the UI. Great review again by the way. Awesome looking trails. I wonder if the low red blinking is so you can put it down and find it again more easily later on? Still doesn't seem that useful though because you should have a second light ideally anyway and it is...
