    I've only set foot in Houston a handful of times and never been to either area, but Addicks and Barker reservoirs look like they could offer relief from immediate streetlight glow and some long sightlines in places like this.

    Also no. If it's too pressing for a bit of fumbling for the nightstand flashlights with a tritium vial or low-power standby tailcap nor do I have time to switch on the overhead lights then I wasn't going to handle it in time anyway.
