    Re: New Icon Irix Headlamp - my mini 1 minute layman's version of review Picked one up for the truck to test out, for the money they are pretty damn good. For $20 shipped I'll be getting a few more for other vehicles and including 4x lithium AAs. Headlamps are the way to go for car light.

    Wow did you guys check out the video? Hundreds of people with headlamps on! Awesome. This is way out of my price range for a headlamp. But wow they did an awesome job. If they could skip the Li-ion battery pack and just have it use CR123s and have it under $200. Im sold :)

    Yes! Keep it simple! I don't want to hand someone the light and explain to them how it works. Have you guys seen the Streamlight Clipmate? I love the ball and socket adjustment. Very versatile!

    I read somewhere the L1 heads were not available separately because each color led heads needed a different amount of power. Would that be true for the A2 LED ring as well?

    Re: Problem with my Dad\'s A2 I think there is a problem with the switch, my L1 recently would stay in high beam mode as well. When I called SF, they said they were having problems on the tailcap.

    Re: Best light for a walking I would recommend any rechargeable Streamlight. Cheap to run and very bright. It last about an hour, but she doesn't have it on constantly does she?

    What I would tale 1) Arc AAA 2) LGI 3) E2e with KL1 4) SNII Those would be all I need. If I need more runtime, I put the SNII batteries in the E2e/KL1.
