Not good! You could try the factory reset for the group your in, may fix it... Three consecutive 5-click (or 6-click, 7-click) to reset the G5 (or G6, G7) back to the factory default settings. I don't have that one but if the insides are like the SC30, bumper and spring, you should be able to...

I never bought the SC5 II or even seen one in person. I think I'll buy one second hand now just to play with or maybe Zebra will update it at some point... Decent thread on 4 Inductor SC5 vs 1 Inductor SC53 models for Eneloops .

If you go from an Eneloop to Lith-Ion nothing happens and light works as normal. If you go from a Lith-Ion to Eneloop without pushing the button first the light thinks a Lithium ion is still in there (because capacitor is still charged) and the voltage has dropped to 1.4v or whatever. The...

Been using vapcell H10 Lith-Ion for 17 months edc with no issues! Decent thread on reddit that explains why 14500 Lith-Ion can be used. SC53 with 14500 Driver Link for 53 lights: PDF of actual driver LTC3539-2 used in these lights. When Zebra upgraded from the SC52 to the SC53 etc. models...

Had one out of four vapcell H10 that wouldn't make contact on the SC53w, Little flat solder blob and it works fine now. Looks like SC53c N has a little bit more room in the tube and needs button tops although H10 are a tight fit & work, they could use a little button top sanding.

Some variations on these SC53's. Probably small tolerance differences between lights of the same model on fit and driver... - My SC53w has no difference in output from H1 & H2 using an Eneloop. - My SC53c N has noticeable bump in output from H1 & H2 using an Eneloop. - Both models work fine...

It's hard to remember on a Zebra what you programed into G6 & G7 to get a good spread of functions and outputs. Spreadsheet images for the 53 model and 53c N (note: correct output levels or runtimes not posted yet on 53c N...) Not sure how to host original spreadsheet file; I imagine it could...

Quahog post #4764 with Graph BLF thread where this driver and (multiple drivers) were measured: https://budgetlightforum.com/t/efficiency-measurements-of-a-few-drivers/68528 In that thread the guy that measured all the drivers says the SC53 driver has not so good (terrible) efficiency. I saw...
