Not sure if it is suppose to or not, but when I twist draco to turn it on, it doesn't turn on. Then when I untwist to turn it off, it flashes for a sec. Is this normal? Tried two batteries and same thing, charging one now in case they both happened to be discharged. Any input is appreciated.- yams
