    Has anyone received theirs from the eBay auction or just direct from Arms Unlimited? I'm not so sure they are the same. I noticed the eBay seller is located in Florida while Arms Unlimited is located in Nevada.

    Surefire UB3T Invictus discontinued?

    They discontinued a lot of their lights earlier this year. Both the UB3T and UBR Invictus, M3LT and M6LT, E2L AA, KROMA... all gone. Kind of boring now. You go from the R1 Lawman at $455 to the Dominator at $1370 with nothing in between.

    My UBR Invictus has the absolute worst tint I've ever seen on a flashlight. A horrible sickly looking yellow-green tint even on the highest levels. My UB3T Invictus on the other hand is pure white, no blue tint at all.

    Some of these (like the Kroma MilSpec and UBR Invictus) were included in their 50% off Black Friday sale too which makes it even more surprising.

    I guess the answer is no. It's a shame as there have been so many improvements with LEDs both in terms of output and runtime.

    Anything interesting with regard to high CRI LED bulbs? With the discontinuing of the Philips L-Prize bulb it seems the selection is actually dwindling. :(

    New Surefire Lights at SHOT Show 2013

    They seemed to indicate that it had 8 LEDs on a single die with 2 white LEDs for up to 1,000 lumens and then those combined with an additional 6 green LEDs beyond that for up to 4,500 lumens. The beam looked very green so this is nore than just a green tint. Not sure how usable this is. :shrug:

    We should create an end of year review/checklist of what did and did not get released. I know the UBR Invictus and Dominator didn't happen as those were the two I was interested in (of course).

    Are these batteries and charger even Surefire branded? I know they are made by K2 but every picture I've seen shows the stock K2 branding.
