    Well, I don't know if I'm going to try it just yet. One lithium D-cell cost $35. $70 for two batteries with about the same mah as alkaline... Why won't it be brighter? Its the same amount of voltage as in a 6D cell...

    Just found out there are lithium D-sized batteries 3.6V out there. Could i put two of those in a 2D mag and replace the bulb with a bulb intended for the 6D mag?

    Regarding xenon bulbs, those with pins, do i have to buy the package with retro fit parts just to get one bulb? It’s $7… For one little bulb… I can’t find anybody that sells just the bulbs.

    Ok, but what kind of xenon bulb does 5 and 6 cell mags use? 6 volts and 7.2 volts xenon bulbs? I get a lot of different stuff when i search. How do i find the right ones?

    Charging current, is my charger stupid, or just my ignorance?

    Ok, so i´ve red somewhere that the charging current should not be more than half of the capasity of the battery. Regarding eneloop AAA 750mah, my charger starts at 150ma, then 300ma. Towards the end of the charging it charges 600ma... Why? Will that ruin the battery? The first batch of eneloop...
