    For what I need them for which is mainly light or a fan anything around 2000mah is fine with me. 3 went over 2000 a few were nearly there 1950mah off that banggood tester. Not sure if it has a high drain tester. But for me for the price it's hard to find tipped 18650's. I wouldn't call them...

    Had to join to comment. I have a made in china tester that requires 1 18650 to power it and 1 18650 to discharge it. Have had fairly good luck with it. Running 3.9 volt on it it's around 1748 right now . Brother got 3 4 packs so thats a bit to test. They required some charging as they come...
