    Might be PRC made lights only have spares with exported lights, due to return distance time and cost. Cost to return SF in USA, not so much. Possible explanation, I don't really know.

    Sorry, I didn't mean it that way. I spend a lot of my day talking to my kid, so I tend to be a bit patronizing in my speech. Difficult to make the shift at times.

    Last time I went through my local PD's Citizens Academy, the LEOs on the force had to provide their own back up gun (BUG). I think that was wrong, they should have been issued a BUG. Well, new chief now, and I don't know what the SOP regarding that is now.

    As far as I know, they have the same rights as cars in Kansas. In fact, I would advise bicyclists to ride in the middle of the lane, to avoid a car forcing you into the side of the road or off the road. Most streets and roads do not have room for both a bike and a car, as most weren't designed...

    As to raggie's writing, I saw an old post of his from years ago, and he could write fine back then. He has mentioned that he is off his meds, so that may be a factor. Cut the guy some slack. Remember THE GOLDEN RULE.
