Acebeam EC50 Gen II (XHP70, 1x26650, Micro USB charging) Rechargeable Review

Thanks for your support. Wish you would be happy with the light. I think the bundled 5000mAh cell is great, and the Keeppower 5200mAh would be a good option as a spare as well. https://goo.gl/9iWVtL is a excellent test review by HKJ.

    Acebeam K60 (1xXHP70, 4x18650) Review

You're able to use flat tops in the light as well. Please note the battery carrier introduces rattle if you shake the light laterally when it's fully loaded with true unprotected cells.

    Olight R50 Seeker (1xXHP 50, 1x26650) Rechargeable Review

Do you talk about the TN30 (3xXM-L2 U2) version? It was good and well-made light, but old one. If you want a more compact and rechargeable light with 1x26650 format, I would recommend the R50 seeker.

Fenix TK47 dual light thrower (XHP35 HI NW, 2x18650) Review

Thank you for your support. Have a nice time! P.S.: I've completed the following part. Standby Current Drain As expect, there are three current paths between the body and the tail. Due to the electronic switch design, the TK47 is drawing a small current when the batteries are installed and...

Fenix TK47 dual light thrower (XHP35 HI NW, 2x18650) Review

My local dealer sent me the thrower light, TK47. Featuring a XHP35 HI NW, the light runs on 2x18650. It gives dual light (front-light and tail-light). . . The TK47 comes in the standard plain cardboard box with packing foam. Along with the light is a head-holster, extra o-ring, good...

    Fenix PD35 "TAC" 2015 (XP-L V5, 1x18650 or 2xCR123A) Review

As I mentioned in my review, the light steps down on Turbo mode after 5 mins runtime. It's the timed drop-down feature. In my view, there will be no step-down on High mode.

    Fenix TK16 (XM-L2 U2, 1x18650 or 2xCR123A) Review

The TK16 stpes down to High from Turbo. It's timed-step down. The first runtime traces (accumulated) show the TK16 with output reset to Turbo after the automatic downshift each 21 minutes. It perfectly shows flat regulation after timed-step down on Turbo. Only 3A? It's one of the heavily...

    Fenix HL10 2016 (Philips LXZ2-5770, 1xAAA Ni-MH or Alkaline) Review

Ah! That's exactly right. From the HKJ's excellent tests, Fujitsu alkaline G+ AAA gives you much more capacity than Eneloop AAA HR-4UTGB (750mAh) at 0.1A current. The former has 717mAh and the latter has 1,066mAh capacity. It seems Alkaline cells are quite appropriate for lower current.

    Fenix HL10 2016 (Philips LXZ2-5770, 1xAAA Ni-MH or Alkaline) Review

Thanks. Woods Walker! Hope to see your in-depth feedback. I expect that as Ni-MH gives much longer time than Alkaline on High. Thanks for your information. Lynx_Arc!

Fenix have released the headlamp HL10 2016 Edition, with Philips LXZ2-5770 LED installed, powered by 1xAAA. It will give you both spot and flood beam, adjusting the front rotatable lens. Although it's a headlamp, it can be used as a key-chain light, if you want. . . The light comes in a...

Exactly! You are right. I was wrong. I don't know why I did it. :twak: I'm sorry. All my flat top unprotected 18650's do not work in the light. Just have corrected my review. You need protected 18650 cells to turn the light on. Sorry about that again. brighterthanthesun!
