I'm looking for an 18650 LED with momentary only tail switch. The shorter, lighter and simpler the better. No clip necessary but some way to attach a lanyard is necessary. A tail cap that had a low setting part way in and then a turbo all the way in would be great. what does Malkoff make that... -

Streamlight Sidewinder Compact II Review
I have actually used blue and red LED's to save my night vision but only when I needed an absolute minimum amount of light. Otherwise I just use my EDC on high white. FWIW, I have found blue to be easier on my eyes with red seeming to cause more eye strain. I have no use for IR either but have...- TNRat
