    NEW - FENIX PD32 V2.0 Flashlight

Shouldn't it be V3.0? I have the 2016 edition and the one before that.

    Fenix CL09 Lantern

An 18650 adapter would be a great option for this lantern for longer run time.

Philips 12 watt (60W equivalent) A19 Ambient LED Soft White Light Bulb, Dimmable

Re: DEAD Philips 12 watt (60W equivalent) A19 Ambient LED Soft White Light Bulb Thanks for the detailed update. Its good information to know what components are failing in LED light bulbs and I'm sure manufactures are taking note. With LED bulbs becoming cheaper, I have replaced almost all...

A 10 year or 87,600 hour LED test!

Yes it runs from a wallwart power supply. There is a touch sensitive button on the base to turn it on or off.

    Jetbeam Jet-UV Review

Thanks for the review! I purchased one as well. I looked at my bathroom and carpet in the dark and its very interesting what you can see. Works good for counterfeit bill detecting too. If your a germaphobe, do no purchase this light.

A 10 year or 87,600 hour LED test!

Very true. I have had a few LED light bulbs die within a year or so. Hopefully they can improve the electronics to last as long as the LED.

A 10 year or 87,600 hour LED test!

I purchased this LED desk lamp from batteryjunction sometime back in 2007. I just realized the other day it has been about 10 years! This light has been on my dresser and also serves as a nightlight. It has never been turned off (except for power outages) and it has been working flawlessly. I...

*2016* New Streamlight DS Dual Switch Strion series

I may have to snag one of these up in the near future. Especially when Streamlight seems to be the go to light when its widely available at most local uniform stores.

*2016* New Streamlight DS Dual Switch Strion series

Just noticed that Streamlight has added dual switch technology to their Strion series. The Strion DS HL and HPL are now both 700 lumens! http://streamlight.com/en-us/product/product.html?pid=352 http://streamlight.com/en-us/product/product.html?pid=350

Anyone tried either the Jetbeam Jet II Mk, Jetbeam Jet II Pro AL or Niteye EC R16?

I have the Jet II Mk and really like the beam profile with the xp-l hi emitter. Great light for the price!

I'm guessing they are pretty close. It looks like the Jet II may have a slight advantage.

    New 2016 JETBeam JET-II MK

I received mine today and there is a slight bezel gap only a flashaholic would notice. I do like the interface of the JET-1 MK better with the memory mode. This light starts out on low every time and its 4 twists to get to high. All around a nice light! I disagree with the run times in the...

    New 2016 JETBeam JET-II MK

I'll bet that bezel unscrews which could allow you to get that glass piece out. I'm also guessing the bezel can't screw down all of the way causing that gap because of a design flaw. My 2 cents will be forthcoming when I get mine.

    New 2016 JETBeam JET-II MK

http://www.jetbeamlight.com/ShowProducts.asp?ID=104 I have my eye on this light. I just purchased the JET-1 MK and I'm liking it. With the XP-L HI this should be interesting!

Tell me about the streamlight protac 1L-1aa

Not having an adapter is a big plus to this light. It could be easily misplaced. There is a spring loaded mechanism in the light that only allows the AA battery to be pushed down further. A retainer ring stops the CR123. Looking at the fact sheet from streamlight, regulation looks better with...

    River Rock K2 LED Lantern

I had this lantern laying around I purchased in 2008. I dropped in an xpl emitter and probably doubled the brightness. Its always nice to mod something with "old" LED technology and bring it back to life!
