    StreamLight Wedge!

Looked at it on sale but could not order it as is not available yet…if price drops to $60 i may buy it. Streamlight has had some very interesting last couple of years. They have moved away from the regular round tube and regular batteries to all kinds of different shapes. They do their homework...

Surefire U2 What Happened & Wishful Thinking

Surefire U2 What Happened & Wishful Thinking 100% my thoughts i had the U2 and lowed it. Too bad that the spot was too small, otherwise it was the perfect light, it was well made and very high quality. I sold mine many years ago i wished would have kept it and mod it. Unfortunately Surefire...

I recall tons of threads here regarding the unprotected vs protected batteries. I have the SC62W and just got some protected 18650. The batt is all the way up to the end of the tube so when i screw down the cap is really tight. I thought the SC63 and SC64 have this issue. Do you guys use...

    Fenix E01 V2 ?

While this light is really to me a E05 unfortunately all the E05 v1 i had died. At least four or five of them. For absolutely sure it has nothing to do with the original E01 (except the AAA battery) is really E05 v1 which was not reliable. There is some confusing here, as the E05 was one level...

I had the Malkoff 1xAA and ended up selling it. The lumens spacing was not right, was either too bright or too dim. The beam was too narrow. As a utility light it must have a broad beam like the SF Titan AAA does. My ZL SC 52&53 have great spot and flood combination.

I’ve got 500+ cr123 batteries. What are some good flashlights that use them?

Streamlight makes the Sidewinder Compact II that takes AA or CR123 may give that a try.

Are Fenix Flashlights Really That good

Fenix sucks all their lights I had stopped working, warranty is a joke, the only Fenix that still works is the E01 and that is only because is Arc AAA ripoff design. Streamlight I trust way more plus they have outstanding warranty.

Zebralight quality has been a big disappointment

For the past many years there have been complains on this forum about ZL. I had almost ten of their lights never had any issues. They are top notch. I do not believe at all what is being typed. Not only that but the stories and twist and turns. The most fantasy broken flashlight and most bizarre...
