I didn't get COVID until last November when I did a dry month. Clearly the botanicals in my gin and tonics were keeping me healthy and halting the steady flow weakened my system! My good friend also did a dry month and go figure, that was the month she got COVID too! I would not suggest anyone...- nbp

That was an interesting email to receive. I am not certain how I feel. Personally I kinda like the lower outputs and longer runtimes... but at the same time it is a defect from the original specs. I will be curious to see what options are offered.- nbp

Looks like mine should be here Monday or Tuesday. It is at the big USPS center for the city now. Finally getting close! For anyone who has theirs, what is the beam pattern like?? I really want it to be fairly floody as I really like the Quark Mk III with its broad smooth beam.- nbp

Looking for a light to stand up to salt
I think you hit on a key point. A twisty light while less "convenient" does eliminate the button switch which is definitely the weak point when it comes to water ingress on most lights. Fraz lights are also super bombproof as mentioned. Aluminum does not like salt but if they are well anodized...- nbp
