13 lumens Fenix E01 led GS for sale

Can you ship without tracking at better price?
I think that is the best price

I recently mailed a light from USA to Canada and it cost that much.. The tracking only worked until the paclage left USA. Once the package got to Canada, there has been no more tracking..

The package has been in Canada for 18 days without being delivered. Seems Canada Mail is very slow, and much more expensive than I expected.

There is also a trade war going on so who knows how that will affect customs processing.

Even if the changes have been put on hold, it seems to have caused delays in customs. I've had something in customs for 10 days now, albeit it's something from China, I've never had this problem before.

Im also seeing unusually long delays withing the USA mail system. blame the weather ;-)

I mailed a package within USA, on Jan 25, last tracking update in Alabama on Feb 7.. no further updates for the last 10 days.

customs processing.
so far, the package has been in Canada for 17 days with no further tracking..

I contacted the shipper, that moved the package from USPS to Canada, they sent me a form letter:

"Currently, you may not see frequent tracking updates for your package, which might be concerning for some customers. Please be assured that your package is on its way and will be delivered soon. I kindly ask for your patience and understanding as you wait for its arrival."

I actually do not feel reassured
my customer claims hes getting other packages from USA, and thinks the problem is somehow at my end..

and shipping was a ridiculously high cost, something that usually costs $5 within USA, cost $16 to send to Canada.. not fun for anyone..

update:
I decided to refund the buyer, just to stop the complaining. Hopefully they will repay me if they ever get the shipment. Meanwhile, Im out the light, plus shipping.. I will not ship to Canada again. (Im in USA).

I'm sure Chinese New Year in my instance didn't help things either, but seems my package finally cleared customs after 11 days.

That weather though......
