14 W HID Bulbs for Envirosight Pole Inspection Camera?

Can anyone direct me to a site that I can purchase a 14 W HID Bulb? Currently, I have a pipe inspection camera that requires these bulbs, and both are in need of replacement. I'm having trouble locating this bulb type outside of the vendor (very costly). If anyone can help out, I would be greatly appreciative. The model\bulb number I'm referring to is E-M10P003
