I need several 14500/AA flashlights with good spill to give as gifts. I would like push button (clicky/or reverse, doesn't matter) and low (or medium) and high would be a big plus. Finally, I would prefer they not cost an arm and a leg. What are my options?

Thanks!

With the date, Dealextreme's and Kaidomain's lights are pretty much out of the question, shipping is too slow(With EMS, they might get here in time, but that costs more).

Lumapower LM31 and the Fenix L1T V2.0(Sold out) are both good options.

I wouldn't give 14500 lithiums as gifts unless the person receiving it is prepared to take on the safety responsibilities associated with lithium batteries. Be a shame to blow up a friend or relative. :)

The lithiums would be for immediate family members, and I would be doing the recharging, etc. Granny, my sisters, et would be using regular AAs. I was just hoping to standardize and get a whole bunch the same.

For those wondering, Lighthound (and perhaps others) still has the L1T v2 in stock. Just checked with the shopping cart.

the mte seoul single aa one mode is one of my fav lights.
$15 and very bright and nice spill beam with barely a hotspot at all but you can see in front of you very well with this light.

The Rexlight 2.1 is on sale at Kaidomain for $40 with EMS shipping. It's one of my favorite lights and it has a low battery warning for 14500 users.
