~15v PR2 type bulb and bi-pin to PR2 base adapter

I googled but could not find any. Hoping someone here can help.

Where can I find a PR2 type bulb with a ~15v (12v to 18v) rating?

Where can I find a bi-pin to PR2 base adapter? The bulb is bi-pin and the socket is PR2.
