165 lumen / 8 LED light?!?

I was perusing around the Triple Aught Design website and found this interesting $230 LED tactical flashlight/laser:

What's interesting is that the eight white LEDs are supposed to put out 165 lumens for 20 hours on 3 DL123A lithiums! I initially thought that maybe they were running Lumiled Luxeon's or something, but the runtime doesn't seem to make sense...

Anyone ever seen or handle one of these before?

One DL123A cell gives about 3 Wh (1.2 Ah at 2.5V), maybe a little more at this low load. 3 of them have 9 Wh, over 20 hours they may give some 0.5W. Giving 165lm will bring 330lm/W, more than the theoretical limit for white light.
Not even 16.5 lm are possible for 20 hours.

I believe that only 2 of the batteries are for the leds. The other battery powers the laser. Certainly sounds like an incredible light... too incredible perhaps?

Why? 2 LEDs in series and a little resitor is not bad for 3 123 cells.
And I'm somewhat too conservative with my data:
A good 123 cell should give 1.3Ah at almost 3V average for a 20h discharge (which does not make it possible anyway).
