Could someone show me were to look for a single cell light that runs on 17500 batteries lithium non-rechargeable, Hopefully something descent(100lm) and under $100usd.
Ive got a bunch of these cells lying around, so I'm looking for something to use them in.

I've seen a couple 18500 cell lights at DX/KD thaat they'd fit in but nothing I have heard is "decent." If you can select balanced ones, and they are protected you could mod a 2C Cell Mag to use them with a spacing tube.

I have a host that I made from an Aleph 1X17500 body $24.00, and a McTC tailcap $20.00 from the Sandwich Shoppe, a McClicky Switch with boot for $9.99 from Lighthound, and an E2C adapter from TNC for $27.00. I had a spare Surefire C series bezel. You can get a Solarforce bezel for $10.00 on Ebay. I realize this adds up to $94.00 dollars, but it also makes, (IMO), a KICK-@#S flashlight with the right drop in. I use a Malkoff M30 in mine which goes over your $100.00 limit, but you can run it off your 17500's or RCR17500's and it is way over 100 lumens!!! I also have a 1X123 Aleph body, (primary 123's, RCR123's) and another McTC tailcap with a McE2S two stage switch which makes this a very versatile little light. Apologize for going over $100.00 cap there but could not help myself!

rudejohn: that seems a little much hunting down parts and everything, But if its worth it. what kind of brightnes and runtime are you getting useing that setup?
So any 2xcr2 light will work or just something about that tube?

and yes those are the batteries SAFT 17500.

I know a 3x123 light would work but that a little long for my preference
