I ordered, and just received 20. For that price I figured what they hey. Shipping and handling is kind of high. Batts, came to about $16 then s&h was an additional $8. A total of $24 for 20 AA NiMH is still a GREAT price.

I got an email from mcm that said they have free shipping for orders over $100. That's only 113 batteries. We did a group buy at work to get the free shipping back when it was at $50. I got 30 of them. By the way the batteries work very well and I have had no problems. I just wish I'd bought more of them.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">I've been buying from MCM for 8-10 years, and they are great to deal with, they are in the same state I'm in, so I have to pay sales tax though.

I've gotten some of the NiMH batteries from them, and They look exactly like what is in the link that InTheDark provided, although they don't say Duracell on them anywhere, just DynaCharge, like the pic shows. Who knows, they could be made by Duracell though, although mine came in a plain plastic bag.

Here is some of what is written on the battery:

Yeah, no they're not.

Buy an analyzing charger and get back to us.

Maybe good for wall clocks, or remotes, but not really healthy enough for lights of any considerable output.

i have 2 c9000,and several hobby charger/analyzers.
these 2 cells still deliver around 1550mah at 1a.
ir around 40mohm.
seems those old lower capacity cells held up better.
got some panasonic 1600 from that era too.
they are still worth using.
i suspect more cells get lost,trashed,killed by junk chargers,ect than wear out.
these are in equipment that gets used regularly too.
once a month the stuff gets plugged in overnight.
