18500 and Pila IBC

Does the Pila IBC charge 18500 batteries? Do the screw-down spacers that come with the charger work with 18500s?

Also, between AW's 18500 and Ultrafire's protected 18500s, which one do you guys prefer? AW is a solid brand to me, but Ultrafire's capacity is a bit higher.

Yes and yes.

Just unscrew the spacers and you are good to go. Mine and many others opinions lean towards AW cells. Stated capacities tend to be a little inaccurate.
