18650 Charger... Good deal or Garbage?

I found this charger with 2 18650 Batterys on ebay but im not sure if Im getting a good deal or just junk..

Who makes that charger? What do the test reports and reviews of charge performance look like? Have you verified the UL safety certification? What do you know about the manufacturing quality? What is the collective user experience of others who have bought and tested it?

If you can't answer those questions you are buying junk. This forum is full of suggestions for chargers where those questions can be answered.

Two no name batteries and charger for under $10 will not likely perform well against name brand batteries. The charger might be okay, or not. It looks like something cheap from China.

A better choice for charging Lithium Ion cells is the Pila Charger. Yes it is more expensive, but it will last a lifetime. You need to decide if the savings are worth it. Good Luck.

You can't go wrong with a Pila charger, but if you're on a tight budget, I've read good things about the XTAR chargers. I haven't used one myself.
