18650 storage case.

I think I've found my near ideal 18650 storage case. It's a little plano box from wal-mart:

After cutting out three dividers it's perfect for 6x18650:

These boxes are a nice handy size to stuff in luggage or packpack or whatever, without taking a whole giant box of every battery I own, I bought 5 of these for 18650's

I don't have any 123's but it would probably fit 12 nicely without any cutting.

I like the Plano model 3500 better. It comes with little dividers to make the sections different sizes and the latches seem more secure to me. It can hold (15) 18650 cells or quite a few different combinations of cells. It will even hold C cells.

Your case does seem to hold the cells tighter and not have as much movement.

I will try to take some pictures of these cases along with my Plano 777 fishing tackle box. I use the larger box for all my extras; reflectors, bodies, bulbs, batteries, clickies and etc..

Nice idea for bulk 18650's. Good find. It will hold three sets of two in each divider. This is what I need for my power hungry 2x18650 lights!
