I havent noticed in any of my 2 LiIon setups this (as my chargers dont tell much), but I noticed on my 2 AA Eagletac one of the cells was reading dead and the other 3/4 voltage when I put them on the charger. I ran the light out of regulation and down almost dead before I charged them too. I noticed this with some of my daughters toys too. When they have more than one cell, one or two will read depleted and the others fine. Is power only being drawn from one battery and the other is a helper for voltage only? Is this bad for the batteries? Its kind of hard to cycle the cells like this because I keep forgetting which one was the low one.
BTW, I have a Titanium brand smart charger, 8 channel with digital readout for each cell, showing charge state.
