The following is a list of the Peak LED Solutions flashlights that we will be offering for 2011... Curt

Wow, quite a lineup! I am looking for a small XM-L light that's driven reasonably hard. It sounds like the Caraballo and Ural both fit that description. They are both rated 400 lumens. The Caraballo is direct drive (I like), but it sounds like only the Ural can take 18350 and 18500 (I like). How would you compare their output?

Did I miss something Curt? no 2 X AA brass Pamir listed, I love mine I'm sure it'll be passed down as a family heirloom, definitely feels indestructible.

Doesn't the Compact; 1 x 17670, 1 x 18650, 2 x CR123A, 2 x RCR123A, 2 x 18350 battery tube accommodate 2 X AA as well or do I have a different tube on my First Responder?

Hey curt i was wondering would you ever make a First Responder like the old one using three Seoul P4 but with XPG-R5's ?

Norm:
We have 2 x AA battery compartments that fit the Logan and 1 inch
heads that use the 16 and 17 mm dia batteries. The compact battery
compartment is not long enough for 2 x AA batteries.

276:
We could do a three head FR using the Cree XPG LEDs, but the electronics
for that configuration will only output 700 mA to the LEDs. That is 260
Lumens per LED, or a total of 780 Lumens bare bulb. The XML version,
(FR800), drives the LED at 3.4 Amps. No advantage.

Curt

These two looked interesting but I guess they never came to be

Sierra Madre: CR123A or RCR123A battery, Cree XML-T6 LED

Caraballo: CR123A or RCR123A battery, Cree XML-T6 LED, direct drive
