Mac, how many 30 second bursts between recharges?

It has the new 1500Mah Elite cells and pulls around 10 amps....so it has the same runtime as the Torch but the body gets hot real fast.

you can't not post a beamshot - in fact I think it needs to be posted in the posting rules that anything over 3000 TLum must have beamshots attached

If a small video card type fan was somehow mounted inside the battery tube and the light was vented at the tailcap and around the most forward fin area, do you think you would be able to run it for 3 minutes continuous?

It could probably run fully continuos but my concerns with this light are with the switch wires and plastic switch components. The bi-pin socket is only a quarter inch away and if the switch wire melts it might ground to the tube and cause a short.

It would most definetly be a temporary short as the cells can handle well over 30 amps so the swith would be by by real fast :)

Beamshots would be the same as this one I took at my buddy's house in his spare room Before Remodeling :)
