300 bucks to spend on a light. Whats your choice?

And great CRI! I would love to see more triples that combine say 1A, 3B, and 5A tint LEDs. I have actually done the tape-together experiment with a pair of Thrunite Neutron 1Cs -- one original and one neutral. The combination renders colors more accurately than either one alone.

That sounds like an interesting experiment.

This is a no brainer for me.

The Elektrolumens Big Bruiser 3000lm
Waynes new kid on the block.

Got mine today! It would be an exaggeration to say that it puts the Sun to shame, but not by much. My ceiling bounce test says 2300 lumens OTF, or 3 times brighter than a Fenix TK45. Which I also have, and side-by-side, that seems about right. At $249 this is a steal.

Any specific requirements like it has to be a 1x18650 light or AA EDC size?, minimum output of XXX lumens, can only run on primaries, single mode or multi mode, must ONLY be LED...etc??

there are a few options, surefire, wolf, pelican, all these brands have something costs more than 300 bucks

The Electrolumens Big Brusier for me, however right now I'd jump on that 7xMCE mod by Vestureofblood under custom builds- fantastic beam with heaps of lumens in a good size host- a real workhorse!

Honestly I wouldn't spend it on one light I would buy a SC600 a PD30 and a TK35, then whatever is left I would spend on battery's. If the agreement was one light or I don't get the money then I would probably get one of those Moddoolar Pocket's from Overready, then again I probably still would not get the money because I've been waiting for them to stock ever since I first heard of them to no avail.

I'd get a used LF2XT Titanium if I could find one for less than $300.
+1. If you can find one. The last one i saw in the MP went for 500$

All my bigger lights see less action than my smaller edc sized gems. The liteflux lf2xt is the light that i use most of the time . Imo, it would be a shame to buy a 300$ light and use it as a "shelf queen". If it dont fit my pocket, it will be at home when/if I need it 99.9% of the time, that is for sure..

The SR90 is a fun light and can be found used around your price range.

Malkoff Hound Dog XM-L! The best of both worlds from the Wildcat XP-G and Hound Dog XP-G.

Yeah ! The Olight SR 90 will be your best choice , *cough* 2200 lumens!!! *cough* ! *cough* 1000 meter throw!!! *cough* ! Haha :) !

One light: Probably the Moodoolar Pocket with 18500 tube, or Malkoff Wildcat neutral with MD3 body
Otherwise, SC600w, H502w, and a Kerbero's High-CRI Triple in a grey L2P.
