Here I have small quantity of these Chinese flashlights which I have modified and upgraded as follow:
1- Completly removed and deanodized to bare metal.
2- Add second groove for oring on head side.
3- Add fine grooves on knurling area for better grip.
4- Masked both end threads and knirling area with special tape.
5- Buffed and polished remaining smooth area then remove masking tape.
6- Masked everywhere except knurling area.
7- Sand blast knurling area then remove masking tape.
8- Masking paint applied to electrical contact area.
9- Type III mill spec hard black or grey anodized.
10- Masking paint removed and washed off.
11- Add double oring on head and double oring on tail side.
As you see, lots of work involved and there will not be more run.
What you will get is: flat sides body, 2 tail side orings and 2 head side orings. No head, NO lamp assembly, NO tail cap, NO battery and NO charger is included or available here.
