I love my Safelight Superbrights.
They have just the right amount of illumination for night-time indoor use.
And that RT !
I'm wondering, with a Cree / Rebel LED, would the RT be comparable, admittedly at lower current consumption than with AA and CR123 cells.
Not looking for mega Cree brightness, just brighter than Nichia LED.
May not even need a heat sink run at lower current.
Perhaps an AA version ?
Anyone converted one yet ?
I've seen the pics for the LED upgrade, on CPF, this surely must be the next step.
