A good dealer in Canada?

A friend in CA is looking to buy an Arc AAA, can anyone recommend a good dealer who will take a phone order?

I've never used them myself but from Arc's web site, here is their one and only Canadian dealer:

They even have their toll free number up on this page so I imagine phone orders are no problem.
