I'm not sure about HAIII Hard Anodize, but "Easy Off Heavy Duty" oven cleaner removes normal anodizing easily. I have used the old Easy Off oven cleaner trick to strip anodizing many times, with excellent results...

Just spray it on, let it sit for a bit, and rinse off leaving bare aluminum behind.

X, PM responded to, I am interested!

I've used the Easy Off trick as well, but that was in the early 90's on mountain bike parts, and they used a much cheaper anodizing back then. I'm not sure this would work on HAIII as you said...especially since I've been told today's Easy Off is nothing like yesterdays. Everythings got to be nice and safe in the PC world.

Has anyone done any runtime tests and/or calculations on the 2X123 Cree A19?

I`m using AW`s rechargeable 123`s.

Thanks for any info you might have.

:)
