aaa or aa mag light upgrade questions

i just had a few questions for you experts about how to upgrade the light out put of a AAA and AA mag light. i really wondering bulb options and power upgrade options. i know you can drill the AA mag to get cr123 batteries in it but dont know what bulb to run for 3 cr123 that will fit in that socket. also i was wonting to get more light out of my AAA mag and was wondering what to do with it. any advice is welcome as im new to this.
