abuse ... and Surefire ( ... ? ...)

One page 85 of the 2004 Surefire catalog (titled "Illumination Tools") there is a US military guy kneeing *on* an Iraqi dude dressed in civilian without uniform (leaning on his stomach and unarmed). There is a M4 monted with a Surefire pointed near his neck. The room (burned/destroyed) *is* lighted (I don't even think a flash was used to take the picture).

Note to Surefire CEO : yes, your reliable products are saving life of our troops. Don't use humiliation to sell them. Did the Iraqi receive royalties for this photo?
