ac delco alkaline aa's

Does any body know who makes ac delco alkaline batteries? Menards has a 30 pack of them on sale. I would like to use them in toys used for kids. Are they comparable to radioshack alkaline enercells?

I would assume these are re branded batteries from a different manufacturer.
