Acebeam X60M Won't Turn On

Hi. Wondering if anyone can help. I have replaced the PCB with switch in the tail cap and the light still won't come on. It only has about 2 hours of total run time.

Update.

I have narrowed it down to the battery holder. I can get the head to turn on when I connect to a 24V source. Acebeam sent me a new Board and switch for the tail cap. Light still doesn't work. Has to be the battery holder.

Acebeam won't send me a replacement. They want me to send the light to China for repairs!
